Track & Field Scholarships
There are over 1,000 colleges and universities with Track and Field programs and more than 2,000 with Cross Country programs. Approximately 280 NCAA DI universities have Track and Field teams and they each have 12.6 scholarships available.
College track and field scholarships are offered at the NCAA Division 1 and Division 2 levels, as well as at NAIA schools and junior colleges. Getting a track and field scholarship is an incredible opportunity for a student-athlete to finance their education while competing at the highest collegiate levels. Ivy League schools do not award athletic scholarships but provide financial aid through academic scholarships.

There are many opportunities to compete in men & women's track and field, with thousands of colleges offering track and field programs. In some ways, the track and field recruiting process is easier because the events are all time, distance or height-based, making it easier to understand what it takes at the college level.
